Damp environment designed to tolerance and longer shelf life, our high durability moistureproof carton provides a solid and waterproof packaging solutions. These custom waterproof corrugated boxes, measuring 12 inches x12 inches x12 inches, feature a reinforced structure and moisture-proof coating, ensuring that the contents remain dry and intact during transportation and storage. These boxes are highly suitable for e-commerce, industrial transportation and long-term inventory storage. Material: Five-layer reinforced corrugated paper (outer layer kraft paper + middle corrugated core + inner layer moisture-proof paper)

Waterproof process: Double-sided wax immersion/waxing treatment, meeting IPX3 waterproof standard, capable of withstanding rain spray and immersion in damp environments.

Compressive strength: Can withstand a stacking pressure of ≥150kg, suitable for logistics transfer and warehouse storage.

Weight: waterproofing cardboard is about 0.5kg each, lightweight design, can reduce logistics costs.

Packaging method: Folding type, flattened at the factory to save storage space, and can be assembled without tools when in use.

All-round waterproofing, safeguarding the safety of items

The waterproof Corrugated Box uses a double-sided wax impregnation process (single-sided wax coating is available in some models), and the paper fibers fully absorb the wax to form a tight water barrier that can effectively resist:

Rain/snow water spray (simulating IPX3 level waterproof test, continuous spray for 30 minutes without penetration);
Humid environments (such as cold storage, coastal transportation);
Liquid leakage (such as soup in food packaging and liquid in cosmetics).

Note: Avoid prolonged soaking (> 2 hours) or sharp objects puncturing the surface.

Five-layer extra hard corrugated, pressure-resistant and shock-resistant

The water resistant cardboard adopts Grade B corrugated core (wave height 2.5mm, wave distance 6.3mm), and adds reinforcing ribs in the middle layer. The overall compressive strength is 60% higher than that of ordinary three-layer cartons and can cope with:

Violent sorting (dropping, throwing, pressing) in logistics transfer;
Warehouse stacked storage (can be stacked 5-8 layers);
Heavy item packaging (such as hardware accessories, tool sets, with a single box load capacity of ≤20kg).
