3. Materials and Structure
Material composition
The face paper: large cardboard sheets are made of high-quality kraft cardboard paper with a weight of 250-360g/m2. They have good burst resistance and tear resistance, and the surface is smooth and easy to print.
Core paper: thick cardboard is made of 125-180g/m2 high-strength corrugated base paper. The fibers are tough. After forming, the corrugation is clear and the support is strong.

Structural characteristics
The corrugated core paper is in a regular corrugated shape and is bonded with the face paper through an environmentally friendly adhesive to form a three-layer (single corrugated) structure of "face paper - core paper - face paper" or a five-layer (double corrugated) structure of "face paper - core paper - inner paper - core paper - face paper". The corrugated structure is similar to an "arched door", which can disperse pressure and enhance the mechanical strength and buffering performance of the cardboard.
